Transforming a disused store into an attractive two-storey dwelling, thanks to careful right of light and planning analysis.
Our submission included a Change of Use application, a Conservation Area Consent, a Structural Appraisal by Gurney CE, an Environmental Performance Statement, a PPG15 Statement and a Daylight Assessement by Right-of-Light specialists GIA.
